    rough idle

on the way to town today the ses light came on so i stoped at autozone and had it checked and it came back misfire and they gave me the generic list of stuff it "could be" to cause it. its been cold lately like mid teens-low thirtys and i had started to notice sometimes after a cold start when i pulled up to the stop sign down from our hpuse i got a little rough idle but would go away after that and i never experienced it again until after i left the zone. i replaced my battery while i was there because it finaly died on me. i replaced the fuel filter a few months ago and have found a local station that sells non ethenol 93 gas so thats what ive been running also. i will say ive almost got 97k on the thing and still on the original plugs. ever since the light came on now i can feel the miss sometimes at a steedy cruise or light throttle and sounds like it has a baby cam at idle but i can also smell fuel a little stronger than normal.it will idle almost 1000rpm in park and drops way down to almost 500 and you can hear my exhaust squeek it vibrates so much. im going to change the plugs first and see if it helps i know it couldnt hurt but if i still have problems whats next so im not throwing money at it? and what do you guys recomend for a good plug i want something as good or better than i have now and something that will still be good when i finish boltons.

AC delco is the only plug I will use I have had to many problems with others. If that doesn't take care of the problem i have seen ls engines with less than
100k which had valve seat problems which would have the exact miss you are describing. I can offer you some more advice on that if the plugs don't cure it let me know.
