    I got a UPD, works great. But, if I had to go with anything else, it would prolly be a K&N. Or more like a modified K&N, with two filters.

    I am more than happy with my K&N.
    99 excab, Nelson Tune, k&n FIPKII, pacesetter long tubes, No Cats, Dual Magnaflows with turndowns,
    1/4: 15.66@88.1 Before Nelson, headers, and de-cating
    Also 69 camaro SS 350 4speed, 13.81@103.6, Ls1 swap planned

    Got the MIT and an ebay intake but changed the filter to a K&N works great for a 120 bucks.
