Stall speed or Truetrac with gears?

What do you guys think I should get first?
I should have around 440/450 rear wheel after I get my tune (just an estimate) it'll probably be here this coming week.
right now if I give it anywhere near half throttle out of the hole the truck has no traction compliments of the supercharger. I just ordered a sfift kit that i'll be throwing in soon but I'd rather not have to buy all the damn quarts of dextron again in such short of a time frame if I'm gonna throw a stall in too.
What do you guys think I should get first?
Also how many quarts will I have to replace if I'm just puting a shift kit in?

    Thanks guys.

Have you gotten a built trans yet? If you have no traction issues now, gears and a stall aren't going to help any. I'd suggest doing more to maintain than enhance at this point in time.

I know that. I was looking for more of a pull on the 3rd and 4th gear (when i do get traction) which I guess I should've stated. I just figured if I were to opt for the truetrac (which would obviously help me with the traction problem) in I might as well put the gears in too while I'm in there. I'm just wondering what the best choice would be stall w/gears or truetrac to make my truck quicker that's all.

And no the trans isn't built yet. I had bought a 4x4 4l80 but I had to sell it which sucks because I bought it from a gm tech and it was in great condition too dammit.

I'd opt for the gear/locker. Stall isn't going to help "pull" as much. It'll keep you in power band better, but not increase pull. I'd look at a set of cal-tracs too.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
