    2002 4wd 4.3 to 5.3

    Can anybody tell me what ill need to do the swap...I could really use a detailed parts list...my truck is a 5spd that i just had rebuilt so i would love to keep it...I on a tight budget and need to go as cheap as poss...I need to know what i need to do with the computer....stuff like that...
    This V6 is killin me....please help

    Take a look at couple of the other threads. They have details on what you'll need for the swap. I'm getting ready to start mine. If I remember, I'll put a list up.

    Did you get your swap done? I am almost ready to pull out my 4.3 and install the 5.3 I built. I have most of it ready but I am not sure what to do with my fuel line setup. can you help? What do I need for fuel line hook ups.

    Get some compression fittings, -6 hose, and fuel rail quick connects. 3/8 feed 5/16 return, cut the lines at the firewall and use said parts to connect to the 5.3.

    You will need:
    a bag of marbles
    tissue paper
    bubble gum wrappers
    3 paper clips
    2 ballons
    a few straws
    some duct tape
    and whatever is in this link
