    Thanks, hopefully in the next year or so, as money allows, it will have a lift, wide track D44 axles and 33" tires. Then it will be a pretty solid offroad vehicle.

    I wanted to do this swap on my jeep before I sold it. Seemed fairly simple.

    It's simple except we had some issues when we started a few years ago because people rarely retained the factory stick shift, most people went with the 4L60E

    An automatic in a Jeep is a sin. The T18 is a dump truck tranny so it will take the power like a champ.

    Intake tube will be gone soon. Wanted to keep it looking as factory as possible for the smog nazi

    Good job! Cali is bad with motor swaps but I know they can be done. Did you have to get an adapter for the trans?
    5.3, small cam, 918 springs, 7.4 rods, walboro pump, Full built 4l60, 2800-3000 stall, TB spacer, long tubes, cat delete, single 3" exhaust with Aero bullit muffler. Flaco tuned.

    Yeah I got all the adapters from Novak and I used an old chevy Manual tranny bell housing. Also got the kit from novak adapters to convert to a hydraulic clutch...well worth the money.
