    Turbo Kit

This is a one off remote mount turbo setup using a turbonetics TC78 with a F168 turbine and .96 a/r exhuast housing. The turbo is located on the passenger side right behind the transmission tail housing. The y pipe was made with 2.5" mandrel bent pipe and was then sent off to get cermic coated black. The y pipe has built in straight there cats so a visial inspection is easily passed. Coming off the hot side of the turbo is 3" pipe routed to a thrush 2 chamber with a turn down before the rearend. This setup sounds great. 2.5 alum pipe comes off the compressor side then routes to the front of the truck where it goes into a 3" intercooler. The pipe coming out of the intercooler is 3" and turns up toward the motor where it then turns into 4"! All of the oil lines are SS with AN fitting. 10an drail coming from the turbo into a surflow pump then back to the engine. The feed line is a 4an that is run from the motor back to the turbo with a check valve to control flowback. This turbo kit was well though out! There is around 1k miles on the kit so everything is still like new. The kit was built to fit a 4l80e trans and may not work with a 4l60! Im going to also include a custom 4l80e crossmember, LS1 fans and a Nelson fan harness with the kit.

    $2800 for the whole kit!
