DMH Cutout from KY Speed

Ok so i ordered a cutout off ky speed almost a month ago now. Last sunday i emailed them saying its been 3wks and still no part. They emailed me back mon morning saying they were gonna check status with DMH and get back to me the next day which would have been tues. So today is sat and i have sent 2 more emails since then with no responses. Maybe i should directly try an contact DMH? has anybody else had an issue like this?

yea, dmh is slow as balls. It is really out of the hands of kyspeed. I waited a month for my dmh low pros for my gto, and they have had them almost two months now, with a warranty issue. Just call dmh.
