    Homemade 4" intake for TVS1900

Used volant box, spectre filter that took forever to get here but is the biggest that will fit, 12" of AL 4" pipe, and 2x 45 degree rubber couplings. I bought 24" of AL but only needed half that, and if I did it again, I would go with 1x20 degree coupling, and 1x45 degree. Since ive had the blower ive been SD and I took out the maf a while ago for no particular reason but since then the intake has been kind of a hodgepodge. This only took about an hour to make, even with cutting the pipe with a hacksaw.

Does anyone have some extra cover screws for the volant lid? Is the volant box suppose to be secured on the engine side of it? All I saw was two bolt holes on the fender side and nothing else...

I think im going to just run a breather on the passenger valve cover breather and block off the hose....or maybe ill route it to the other side, I just dont want to pull junk through the intake and blower. The TB was slightly oily when I took the tube off.

I put a filter on the crank vent and let it go. No problems in over a year.

I found a 4" 22 degree bend and that cleaned it up some. I need to tweak the pipe some when I can use some real tools, hacksaw just isnt cutting it. And there are definately only 2 mounting holes on the bottom of the box, the other 2 on the frame dont even line up with the bottom of the box.

Also got my catch can in the mail today, so I need to rig that up.
