well i finished the 5.3 swap. got a/c on it and have been driving the hell out of it. fun truck to say the least.

been a while since i have been on the forums. decided i would drop in and say hey and thanks for all the help on getting it running. this site was hands down the only reason/way i got the truck going. here is a quick pic for anyone who is interested.

Im all over that. im gonna make the wife hold the camera tonight. I wound up going all out on the trans. got a th400 with a 3800 stall and trans brake. was planning on a big cam. but as usual life gets in the way and the mustang and truck are up for sale. LAME. im hoping the stang sells so i can keep the c10. anyways huge stall + limited slip diff = lots of smoke.

Great job. I've been driving the '81 to work everyday until it sells. AC is real cold and the truck is comfortable to drive. Here is a pic of mine under the hood.

Thanks everyone. That bracket came off of a 92 s10 blazer with a 4.3. had to do a little fabbing to get it to work, but nothing major. God bless a/c.
