4.8 turbo question

so is a 4.8 good for nothin but makin a turbo truck? and how high maintence is having turbo on your truck?

It's not that a 4.8L is good for a turbo, it's that a turbo will increase the power of any engine.
The 4.8L is a little low on torque compared to the other engine, but it does fairly well.
If you're considering making good power one day, most have just done the 6L or 6.2L swap and start from there.

If you're asking if a turbo will help that lil 4.8L, yes! It'll make for a good increase in power. Just be sure to have all the supporting mods.
