    And it Starts...................

The Project has officially begun. Only after hours and hours of scrolling, reading and printing tons of stuff. Here are the first pics of the rebuild. My 1994 TBI has worked for 250k miles and I am ready to let it rest. I purchased a 6.0 from HP Salvage in San Antonio and had Allen at Nelson Performance work my harness and modify the ECM. I have aquired just about everything I should need... and just need a free weekend to stab the engine. I upgraded the fuel pump, replaced the rubber hose between the steel lines at the tank and have the internal pressure regulator fuel filter. My 4l60E tranny is a stage II from Alamo Performance. The vehicle is mostly stock, and I think this mod will be the biggest kick in the pants. Can't wait till it is done. Thanks for everyone who has posted info and photos. I would not have considered doing this swap without finding this site. More updates/photos to follow. My goal is to have it running in 4 weeks.
