a buddy of mine with a 2000 silverado v6 replaced his cam position sensor and didnt pay attention to what order everything came apart. now the truck is shooting flames lol.
my first question. what is the cylinder number location of these engines? is it:

he told me the exact opposite and im hoping he just hast he plug wires backwords. he worked on the truck about an hour from me and i really dont feel like driving tonight lol. hopefully i can fix him over the phone.
