It's not as cut and dry as they make it seem. I work at an Lincoln dealership in the Chicago area, and if you saw the people that came in you would understand. Everyone that comes in here want's to play let's make a deal. Consistency is non existant around here, because everyone is extremely stingy. Don't even get me started on labor rates around here, our shop is $130 hour.
