    mystery noise

If its not one thing it is another. When pulling a hill under light throttle I hear this squalling noise. I thought it kinda sounded light spark knock at first. I thought dang thats loud so I turned down the radio. It did it a couple more times. It doesnt do it all the time. I think it might be my mufflers rubbing due to i had to cut a hanger when putting the tranny back in. The noise seems to be coming from the passenger side near the firewall. Anyone run in this kind of problem. I know I do not have the best description but i have never heard anything like this.

Could be anything. Weld a hanger for the exhaust and see if it goes away.
