anyone using these, i just got some 36 on 20's and worried about my steering. thas alot more leverage than stock tires. im already gonna buy the idler and pitman arm kit, is anyone using the tie rod end kit. its very simple idea, replaces sh!!ty ball and socket joints with heims, but still skeptical. anyone?

Yea tie rod sleeves are the way to go, im about to order some since ive gone through 3 tie rods. all the diesel guys use sleeve with no problems.
The actual tie rods are the weak point. One of my play grounds is Glamis Ca., and ive seen a bunch of GM IFS truck with broken tie rods. I have the idler kit, and will be installing the tie rod kit next week.
2005 Silverado 4x4, 6" RCD lift, M/T Classic locks on BFG KM2's, 4:56 gears, Air-raid CAI, TB spacer, Nelson tuned, Corvette servos, 160 thermostat, Ebay long tube headers, Flowmaster Delta 40, Cognito Motorsports steering upgrades. 2000 Ford Lightning, 2.3 KB, bolt ons, 7.67 on the 1/8th.
i think ur right 05, im gonna go with the full kit, the tie rods are always going out, let alone last time at the dunes i twisted a inned to just over a 90 degree angle

thats the point of the sleeves. all the stress goes on that think sleeve and not your tie rod. No need to go spend almost 400 bucks on the heim design.

well i guess i could always try the sleeves and see if they work out. i can always give em to a buddy if i end up going with the full kit

If you go to the the dieselplace.com that all they run. and there doing boosted 4x4 launches .
Out in the desert or dunes is different, like I said ive seen a bunch of trucks with broken tie-rods.

I intalled the kit today,bought it used but in very good condition.
