I got ripped off

Ok i bought what a i thought were brand new LS 1.7 harland sharp rockers from blownfogger540. I paid for them the 17th of december they werent shipped til the 30th. I just got home from my rig to my package today. Inside was NOT what i paid for and they are not for a LS motor. Even if they were i only recieved 8 rockers not 16. below is the presale pm conversation, a jegs link to what i thought i was getting and a pic of what i recieved. the whole transaction was a waste nd now i have useless rockers that i dont even know what they are for... he had a good rating so i trusted him... never again

you can still file a complaint with paypal even though you got a package. explain to them or send them the info you have and let them know its not what you paid for?

It was that site right? I remember him and some brake stuff but I never bought anything from him. I would give him a tad of time to make it right and if not rake him over the coals.
