Hey guys, a month or so ago I swapped a 4.8L out of a yellow 4.8L truck for a Lq9 6.0L. I also installed the LS6 cam. The only other mods were a cold air intake and tune.
I just got word today that Juan ran a 13.4@101

Lots of you guys are interested in the swap and I just wanted to let you know what you can expect. IMO, the best way to go, or an LS1 of course.

    Does anyone have similar results?

Gotta love the swap!!! I went from the 4.8L to the 6.0L Lq4. Did a "little" work and got a great tune from Mr. Allen and went from a best of 15.4(4.8L) to a 12.6(6.0L). So, like I said, gotta love the swap!!
