I don't know the reason yet either, but it never really turned into the live tech help that we needed it to be. At least from my standpoint. There was nothing wrong with the chatty cathies being on there, and talking about there life or whatever it is they had to share. But I guess when people sometimes weren't getting there questions answered, mighta been better for them to make a post in the first place.

I am guilty of being one of the chatty cathies but I will say that I always found it helpful when I had a question I needed an answer to quickly. And also in the time I've spent here people who raised a question in the chat box got an answer or if no one had an answer for them they went ahead and started a thread and asked the question that way. Sure there are some things you should post about first but getting the answer via another post can sometimes take quite a while. And to be honest it was cool to be able to communicate with people in the chat box.
