    LSx lifters

can these lifters be put in backwards? the priming hole is only on one side and the oil passage is on the cylinder side of the block... if the priming hole is facing the intake will they not get oiled properly??

    thanks!

the feed hole does not require any particular orientation, if they are stock. Aftermarket will be per the manufacturers instructions.

Well that's not what I wanted to hear! My ls1 started making noise and 3 were flip flopped, was hoping that was part of the issue. How solid should the lifters be when out of the engine? I cannot depress them at all!
