Thumbs up New truck.. Where to start..??

Ok. So i'm finally about to graduate from high school (thank God), and my parents told me to pick a present. So after a long and hard-thought process, i have decided NOT to get a Hayabusa lol. I'm gonna get this New Truck
It's a 2006 Silvy Vmax ext cab, short bed, 3.73's and a locking diff. The K&N off my sierra will fit this truck, so that's covered, but other than that and a Nelson, what should i do first?

Geez guys...he just asked for advice on what mods he should get next.

I would get some headers for it after a tune and the CAI....also if you have the other truck still i would yank that 3000 stall out of it and throw it in the new truck, after that you could do a under drive pulley

nice looking truck man, it does have a 14 bolt.

i agree with virgil, headers, tune, cai, and get your stall out of your other truck.

why not just start off on the right foot and skip all the bolt-ons and get a turbo?
