Thumbs down Quite the engine mishap

So i went muddin last wednesday, and afterwards the truck was runnin like crap, so just a couple of days ago when i took my filter off to clean it (thinking that was the problem), i noticed that there was mud in the intake tube and all over the MAF sensor. so i took all of that off and i noticed that the inside of the TB was coated in mud. I'm 99.99% sure that water got into the A/F mixture. My OBD software says that i have SES lights for MAF performance and the rear knock sensor, and its misfiring too. HOW CAN I FIX IT??? Would seafoam help any??

You need to replace the rusted out knock sensors as well as the most likely brittle harness and please do not reuse the intake gaskets on something that old. Clean the rest of the stuff really well.
