Guys, I know this is on a car, but I thought I would share more info.
He took a D1 off, pulled out the big cam (230's and about 600)put in a 226/220
    .561/.566 on a 116 put on the STS with a GT-70, ran 1 less psi - 10psi. This is in a F-body, slight overbore only; 3.90.
He made 625/594 on the first run. No meth. with a FMIC. They are expecting the #'s to end up over 650.

    Why a GT-70?
    A GT-67 will produce 750 crank HP.
    Sounds like overkill.

I dont know why a Gt-70. I think he could have gone with a 67 as well, but its his money. Spool up would have been slightly better with the 67 also. Still great numbers though.
