    coming off of my 01'
    it's painted black, and has one small scratch on the corner of the driver side..
    comes with matching black license plate lights. (license plate housing lights retailed at $40 at the dealership). also will leave the cover on for the spare tire lock.. need to reuse your lock tho..

    asking $150 + shipping...
