    TCI 3600 super street fighter?

I just joined PT.net and in my sig it says next mod 3600 verter, and I had a member tell me he put a 6.2 in his truck and the 3600 will be to high and it has 3000 miles on it and he'll let me get it for $300. I've seen 2000hp racecars use TCI but ive also seen some not so good reviews. Which is y im asking yall for your oppinions.I personally think its a great deal but im still a to converters. Is this a tight street verter or very loose and not streetable?
    Thanx in advance!

TCI converters suck. Lot's of reports of breakage from those who have ran them. There are better choices.

If you do a search on TCI you will get people who had 0 problems with them or people who just would get bad one after bad one after bad one. I would rather go with Circle D, yank, or P.I

Spend some time on your back yanking a trans and putting it back in just for a converter and you'll be wishing you bought one with a proven track record. It's a fact - there are converters with better track records. If they were AS good, more guys would be running the TCI's.
