    Intermittent SES Light...

My truck will run fine for about two or three days and then the SES light will come on and it will throw Fuel Trim Rich Bank 1 & 2 Codes and run like crap for about a day or two. It's been repeating this for about two weeks now and i just put new 02's in it about 3 months ago. So what could be causing this?

Not even sure what year it is. It's a lot easier to help when there is a lot of info. If you have the vacuum referenced fuel pressure regulator check the vacuum port for a raw fuel leak. Low fuel pressure can actually cause rich codes when the pressure is not enough to allow the injectors to atomize the fuel. Check the pressure. A dirty or aftermarket MAF can do it too. Crappy aftermarket O2 sensors can lie.

That's all my guesses for now without a scan.
