help needed ..

hi guys i have 09 silverado 5.3L regular cab
i installed lowering kit and 20" wheels on

now while im driving my car (normal driving at 1.500 to 2.000 rpm) when it shifts to 3rd gear i hear some noise like ticking and some time i can feel it under my leg and also passenger leg.

and some times when i race in my car the voice is increasing and when i drive for normal for 2 days the voice is going down !

i took it to the dealer and he answered me that every thing is normal and i have not wary about it !!

is it correct or i do realy have a problem in my car ??
do i need a tune coz i installed a bigger wheels and tires ??

how much did you drop it?

is what youre feeling maybe vibration issues?

I would guess the noise is due to the drop kit. Did you install it yourself?

i droped it 2" in front 3" rear
its seams like a vibration its strange voice ..
and i can feel that the sound is around from the middle of the car..

Is it only when shifting to third gear?

yes it is only in 3rd gear and in a normal driving whent it shift at 1.500 to 2.000rpm
in higher rpm 2.500 + there is no sound.

and i instale it at the dealer ..

so the dealership installed it? tell them to fix it, its probably the pinion angle!

that's usually the problem with drops...although 2/3 isnt really that low.

anyway take it back to the dealer. it's their issue.

i will take it another time to them and i will see what r they going to do about it ..

Driveline might be out of phase. You're getting a harmonic.
