    need help

    truck was tuned already installed a bbk throttle body idle low does it need to b tuned again now that it has a big throttle body

    Your truck is fine. Drive it for a few days and let the PCM adjust to your new mod.

    yeah, most of the time you will need a tune. the bbk is kinda a pain some times to tune for.

    I say give it a few days. It's just like putting a CAI on...it will adjust itself to the new airflow.
