I just heard about this. A couple was getting married he was marrying into money. Her father wanted the absolute best $15 000 wedding dress $5000 dollar tuxedos for the groom and groomsman etc. All this in a large expensive hall with amazing catering, lobster top grade steak, caviar etc. Anyway went through the ceremony everything goes exactly as planned no doves hit a power line anything like that. At the end of the reception, when everyone's getting tired and drunk ready to go pass out the groom jumps up grabs a mic and says, "Everyone we thank you for coming, taped to the bottom of your seat is a gift for you". Inside these envelopes was a nice glossy 8x10 picture of the bride screwing the best man. Turns out the groom had suspected something and hired a P.I. weeks earlier but held out until now for the best revenge. After watching the crowd's faces for a couple minute the groom simply looks at the bride and best man at the head of the table and says "F*** the both of ya's I'm gone." He had the marriage anulled the next day.
Point is I think it's the funniest way to get a bit of revenge, let her family spend 100 grand on it, go through with everything and then just drop the bomb.
Believe it or not I'm not BS'ing this is a true story.
