I'm getting ready to build a 6.0 block, and was wondering where I can get one first of all, for pretty cheap, but I also need to know what the max bore and stroke I can get out of it, who makes really good aftermarket internals, and anyother info that I possibly need.
(Oh yeah, the motor is gonna need to put out reliable power. I know you sacrafice mpg and reliability with more power, so I need to find a good common ground too.)

    Thanks in advance!!!

~4.125" stroke I'd say. Max overbore is block dependant, get it sonic tested I believe is the proper term to see how far it can go. I'd stick with .030".

I think that SLP 402 is the way to go.
I have another question in LS1 conversions though.

HPE's got a killer 408 for a few hundred more. I'd go with their short block.

I looked around a bit more, and think I might end up with and ARE long block instead.
