I have changed direction and am going with a front mount kit.
this kit was made for a LT1 camaro, but will adapt to a truck VERY easily.
includes JDM 38mm wastegate, Tial type BOV, Garrett t4 60-1, turbo manifold, about 4 feet of discharge pipe, numerous bends and silicone coupling. also comes with a slew of t bolt clamps. the oil return pump is a RB racing version which is MUCH better than the one included with the STS kit... all you need is a little intercooler, and a fuel system. Kit would be perfect for a stock 4.8-Lq4.. you will need to do a little fabrication to get the discharge back to the throttle body, but nothing seriously involved.
guy I bought it from said it only has like 20 miles on it.. he stored the turbo in a bag with oil in the hot side to prevent rusting. Turbo is unhurt and has no damaged fins or endplay.
first $1200 gets it shipped to your door. THIS IS NOT a STS kit... but based on one!!
also have a PT3600 that needs to be cut and cleaned.. SOLD!
also have a set of ceramic coated Pacesetter heads and y pipe...
