    electric cut outs...

    They worth what they cost in your opinion? and how much is the noticeable sound differenece? Never really heard them in person...I'm just wanting to hear my cam a little better .. thats why i'm considering getting them..

    There is a noticeable difference in sound as you go from muffled to straight piped, and as far as a performance gain some people lose some gain all depends on your mods but since your cammed you'll gain. I believe Tyler (txarkitekt) gained somewhere around 15 rwhp.

    depends on application. a proper exhaust shouldnt need them for NA, buying then for a cam sound is a waste IMHO buying then for removal of restriction in exhaust worth it IMHO. a turbo vehicle benefits greatly

    Yeah, I gained 15 rwhp by opening my cutouts on the dyno. I love how it sounds. Its all personal opinion. I say get them!

    They seem to run anywhere from $150-550 each ........

    RaceReady Performance is what I have. $250 each, and they come with a lifetime warranty. Priceless, IMO.

    Mine is from DMH Performance, $199 shipped, had it a little over a year with no problems. If you have a man cam with LT's etc. your truck will sound like a race car. I got pulled over for "modified exhaust" while idling at a light: I dunno sir, truck has been running rough must be a vacuum leak..
