    Freakin Light Poles

I am Freaking SICK right now! I was out in Dallas Sunday and was pulling into a parking lot in downtown Dallas. I was backing into a parking spot and noticed a dude standing behind my truck, so I stopped to wait for him to move. Since my truck was sticking out into the drive lane of the parking lot, some butt clown honked at me, so I gave him the one finger salute and backed up. I had noticed the guy standing behind me had moved...and I backed up...and bumped into a concrete bollard for a light pole. I tapped it (from what I thought) to a point where I wasn't even going to look at it, but something told me to go walk over there and check it out... And this is what happened:

I guess the guy standing behind me was standing in front of the light pole, which explains why I didn't see it. DAMMMMMMIT! Not happy right now!

Hey Daniel...are you looking at this? When you do, give me a call...

I figured with your lift kit, you would have been high enough to go over the top. Time for a body lift too.

I got the VERY outside edge of the bumper...which is the reason why it caved in so bad. But dude--when you look back and see a 8" diameter metal light pole, you really don't assume it will have a freaking 24" diameter concrete base. Can't see it when the top of my bed cover is taller than the bollard... Oh well, gotta get it fixed. But yeah Dave---it could have been A LOT worse if I didn't have the bumper...
