Where to go for head/cam swap in San Antonio?

A guy I worked with just bought some LS6 heads and a 224 cam for his LS1. We thought about trying to do the install ourselves, but neither one of us has done it before. The motor will be out of the car, so it'll be easier. Who should we go to for the swap? We live near the San Antonio area.

1982 Silverado - just an old truck motor I had sitting around the house.
