It doesnt sound like it gets any louder when you rev it up. Which leads me to think its something else.

Noises like that are hard to pin point because they travel through the belt. Have you treid taking off the belt and spining the accesories by hand? Maybe you can pin point it that way.

not yet.. i just discovered today its not when im moving that it still makes the noise. i thought about swapping the alternator back to the stock one and seeif the noise goes away
