    fast manifold update

here is my filthy ported fast 90mm intake with a nick williams throttle body and a throttle body spacer. tried to start it without the intake running without the MAF but it wouldnt idle on its own. its surging. think i have a vaccume leak at the MAP sensor. the CAI wont fit over this throttle body so i gotta find something to mcgiver it.. westside performance/machine here in houston did an AWESOME job porting the intake and they did it all for 100 bux. its not done yet. still need to clean up under the hood some and tuck some more wires and adjust my throttle linkage. gotta get a new vac tube for the fuel regulator too. nitrous lines arent there yet either. ill post up final pics.

Good luck, we had a hard time with jons. Its like 4.5 inches wide I think. Look for some couplings from a diesel place.

my 4" elbow from pepboys and from ETS both fit no issues over my TB.

TXsilverado- my experience. when i had my ported fast on my 4.8 for that little time then i swapped to the ls2. i noticed a big seat of pants difference off boost between the two driving. the fast was much more snappier and seemed to just run cleaner. you should feel a nice difference

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
