so flex alites are about 400 bucks more from what i can tell than the ls1 efans...is that money worth it?
im thinking probably not...should i just get some used ls1 efans?

i have no experience with flex a lites but one ls1 efan keeps my 408 with a SC cool on hot days.
yeah i think thats what im gonna end up doing cause i can pick up a used set for like 100-150 and a harness from nelson for 80 or 90 i cant remember...itll be alot cheaper
bump...any other input?
There is a guy on another forum that did a swap of the 34in(i think) radiator and e-fans from the 07-09 setup. He said it runs amazing. Its on my wish list. The only problem is it is more expensive than the LS1 and it requires a little bit a fabrication. not too much though. I would take that over flex a lite.
Both work great! The flex a lite are expensive but fit and finish is like a factory setup.

I installed a set of fans out of an 02 f-body and used a nelson harness. Works perfect.

I have flex-a-lite and they work great, double fan. The only thing that sucked is the price. Either are good fans are better then the ol' clutch fan.
