    Removed Lift

    Removed my lift and front axle to day. Converting to 2WD. I will converting my 4WD trans to a build 4L65 in about a month. Need a lowering kit. I got my Soft 8 in today also 17x8 and will use 275/60/17. will post as I go. Also LPP long tube will be here Sat.

    WTF is with everyone lowering their lifted setups to be fast?!

    Lookin good man! Mines still a 4wd I havent converted yet, I just made it easier on myself and just found some stock keys and shackles. Heres as it sits right now, need some HD keys and 2" drop shackles:



    I want to convert to Autotrac so I can get the full benefit of a 4wd launch since I cant right now cause the manual 4x4s dont have the auto clutch that disengages .

    What are your plans for the motor and rear end?

    Aggie, I have manual 4X4 as well. Are you saying you dont launch in 4 wheel drive becaue you cant disengage mid-track? I run mine in 4 wheel drive the whole way down the track. C/O '99 by the way.
