5.3 or 6.0 heads for P&P/ valvetrain upgrade

As the title says which would be better to work up and go on a 6.0 LQ4? I can get a set of either for 200-300 $. If i go with 6.0 heads they will be milled as much as possible without getting into any other mods. 5.3 heads will require the intake valve seat to be enlarged but could run stock length pushrods but may end up with too high CR for pump gas. This is a budget build, reason for going with LR/LM, 317 heads instead of 243's. Anyone done this before? Tell me what would the masterminds on here do?

TSP has lost performance when upgrading to the 2.0 valves in the 4.8/5.3 heads

you can only saftely mill stock heads .04 anything past that it creates alignment issues and to thin of decks. with that being said the 5.3/4.8 head will net the most compression

317s flow more, now 4.8/5.3 ported vs 317 ported the larger head will make more power

your better of with a set of 243s milled and ported to get numbers you want
    2002 Lightning - GT headed 5.5Litre w/ Twin 7665s
    2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s
    2010 Silverado crewcab Z71 - 5.3litre w/ procharger
    2000 Wrangler - 5.3litre with some stance
    2014 Xsport- 3.5 Eco boost

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference

So as far as power ported 317's will net more than ported 4.8/5.3 even with the added CR. I know my best bet is the 243's but cant find a used set localy and dont wont to buy a used set off the net. I want to check them over before i buy.
