Ryder's human resources department got back to me yesterday and they want me to do a conference call with hr, manager of the shop, and me. They want to get this resolved, im just looking for a formal apology letter, to be paid for time without a job (2 weeks), and my 2 weeks paid vacation, and hopefully my sicks days (5 of them.) so hopefully one they are all done i can get a check for a little more than $2000. i will keep y'all informed this afternoon when i get done with the call that starts at 2.

well, after about a 30 minute conference, they said they will get back to me about everything tomorrow or monday.

Really hope that works out for you. Sucks they did that in the first place. Would be great if they were to pay you for what you should get, and offer to give you job back. Though I would personally go back only if I absolutely couldn't find another job.
