14 bolt rearend?

What do the 14 bolt rearends come out of? im going to start calling around to get one and clean it up so i can put posi in the truck. plus might as well do the 14 bolt since im going 6.0!

alot of 10 bolts are carrying big horse power...allen still has 10 bolt...casey still has 10 bolt and others
any way..14 bolts come out of 454ss trucks

well i was hoping to find a 14 bolt that already had posi in it to clean up paint and swap out.

If your lucky you can find one from a 454ss like Alton said, that will be a direct swap. If not then you will need to find one from a obs 2500 or 4x4 and get the lug pattern changed.

so are the 2500 obs bolt pattern diff not 5x5? wish i could grab the rearend from the guy down the street he has an original 454ss...

2500 are six lug or even eight on some heavy 3/4 tons.

just talked to guy about to buy his work truck for 1800 it 06 with 6.0 it was hard to understand him but i think he was talking about reselling it idk ill ask tomorrow where i can understand
