    torsion bars

    im getting ready to buy the ford keys for my truck and was wondering if i replaced my stock torsion bars for some out of a 3/4 or 1 ton truck would it give me more lift with the ford keys.

    If you want a lot of lift, buy the 88-98 Rough Country bars (You have to call them and order it) and run the ford keys. The Bars out of a 3/4 ton are gonna do you no good. Then Just find some aftermarket shocks for the front. I ran Pro Comps and had no problems with them and they rode decently smooth. Skyjacker has some also or you can go along with the "bilstein" fad like everyone else is talking about

    thanks man, ill give them a call. ill probably just run the pro comp shocks.
