    Cam or longtubes?

In 2 weeks I will be getting $410 direct deposited into my account from my taxes, but I don't know what to do.
I can either get the LS6 cam package or I can get P.S longtubes and ORY.
What should I do, eventually I will get the other just not until I sell the 22's.
I'm wanting the one that is going to improve my E.T. the most!!
    All comments appreciated!!!

I'd go with some pacesetter longtubes, that way when you do get a cam you wont be sufficating it with your stock manifolds and y-pipe.

Also pacesetters are a very easy install to do yourself for a good horsepower gain. I dont know if this will apply for you, but i had a greater E.T. gain from my longtube install. My LS6 cam didnt really do that much but help my upper rpm's. But! that was with my stock ls1 it might be different for a 4.8l.

    Just my thoughts

again lol ,ide knock out the cam swap, its more time consuming but i guarantee u it will help u more than headers.
what do these longtubes give 10-15hp the most??while cam swaps range 20-40 with a great tune.
shoot go borrow against that $410 and get $820 and do both

The LS6 cam is nice for a manifolded or mild F/I set up but I'd get supporting mods first like LT's and some day swap from the stock cam to one you can stay with for a good while. Supporting mods FTW!!

I did my cam before the longtubes. i noticed a good gain both ways. the cam did sound good through stock exhaust though.
