    160* Thermostat

Installed one today and now the truck runs 10 to 20 degrees cooler but also runs 10 to 20 degrees warmer. Anyone else had this problem?

    Huh?

It runs 20 degrees cooler and warmer? I put a 160 in mine a few weeks ago and it's been a hassle....doesn't stay warm enough...gives me P0128 once and a while. Wish 180's were easier to find at a good price for the newer 05+ style water pump...

What else can i tell you With the stock t-stat the guage never got above 210. Now with the 160* it runs about 190* to 200* but has climbed up to 225* to 230*. I'll try purging the system again tomorow might still have a air pocket in it.
