Power Mirrors

xmas morning I go to leave, pull out of the garage, push the button to have the power mirrror fold out when they dont move back up into proper location.
Ive had that before, no biggie. I reach down to press the button to move them to where I need them and they dont respond to the controls..
they fold, and if i manually put them in place, and fold them in, they will move downward (talking about the glass), but they dont move back up ward when they unfold.
anyone know which fuse I should check, or have a part number for the control switch in case i need to just order a new switch?

I'm confused on what it's doing wrong. What year? You have the mirrors (including three motors and position sensors in each one), driver's door module, memory seat module, mirror switch, and all the wiring. Post a video or something. Most times something like this requires GM service information, a Tech2, and electrical test equipment to diagnose.

Solved!
i took the negative off the battery terminal.. (thanks Mike) for a while, and while doing it, I noticed I blew the fuse on the Efans, and burned 2 connectors on one of the relays. I just went to autozone in the BonjStang and got new connectors and fuses and fixed it up.. all works perfect again.
