My not so bright cousin has a 2004 Dodge Rumble Bee with the Hemi in it that he thought was so great until last week. It started to run like crap and wouldn't idle. The check light come on and says misfire #7 cyl. Told him to changes his plugs being he has 71,xxx miles. So he did all 16 plugs and still the same. None of my friends wanted to look at it so he took it to the dealer. Well he's got 2 broken valve springs on #7 cyl and a bent valve. Dealer told him to replace all springs, one valve and replace the intake manifold. Price $1500. He bitched that it only had 71,xxx and after a little research this is a common problem. He called the customer service for Dodge and they are gonna fix it but he has to pay $200. He got away easy and when it's done he's trading it in. He went test driving today and he wants a new Silverado after driving one. I counldn't help but laugh at him and remind him how mine truck has 99,xxxx and my brothers Silverado has 156,xxx with no motor problems. Had to share the story.
