depends on milage, if u dont do the timing chain and such you dont have to unbolt the oil pan which is nice. Also get a spring compressor and the tool for the sparkplugs to hold up the valves with an aircompressor came in handy.
ooo and a second pair of hands makes a big difference.
also a bunch of 8mm and 10mm long and short sockets, wrenchs, ect. and a 3/8 deep well sockets if you replace the valve seals, to seat them. i forgot that part in my swap.
