You will most likely have to convert the format or it will be too big to post on most sharing sites.

it will not let me post on you tube. Im thinking its the format of the disc or sumchit
using nero you can convert to whichever format needed, avi, mpeg, so forth.

No this is a video that the place made of me. Its Mpeg, but its either a .vob or a .ifo extension
