    why TBSS??????????

Iwas wonderin about the tbss intakes and if they are better that a ls6 on a truck (for low end). Or are they just a different style ls6.
The point im gettin at is that i have a 4wd and guys are saying they are loosing low end.. SO.... Is it worth it how much hp would u expect from ls6 or tbss. And what is the most u would pay for both?

    Any input would be great..
First hand exp. from a 4wd would also be sweet!!!

    Thanks Guys

The TBSS intake is a 90mm intake is why some "very modded trucks" are going to it. You will lose low end torque with the car intake. With a 4x4 you want as much low end torque as you can get. Stick with the truck intake

i just wonderin because i am gettin parts together for a heads and cam swap and was wondering if it would be a good thing to look into.

also do yall think the tr 220 on a 112 would be to much on a 4wd daily driver

    thanks nate

I personally don't know first hand but I know of alot of members in here that run that same cam for a DD.(edit: If I'm not mistaken, a majority have the 114LSA.) Is this a street application or mostly off-road? I wouldn't spend the money on the TBSS intake if I was you. Maybe some others will chime in on the cam.

112 sounds pretty tight for a heavy DD and a 5.3. I'll defer to others' opinions.
