went caving this weekend

was really an awesome thing to do, we only went in about 100 yards because we only had one flashlight for 3 of us but we plan on going back much better prepared to really go in further.

Very cool...caving is a blast. Where did you go? And not sure how experienced you are, but depending on the complexity - be careful about how far in you go, mark any turns, etc. I lost a friend to spelunking and he was extremely experienced. It's a blast but it can be pretty dangerous.

yeah the girls got a couple minor bruises from crawling thru some tight passages that werent horizontal. the place is called devils den in AR. i have a friend who does it all the time and has for years in tenn. he gives me great advice. i wont be doing any serious exploring with the girls of course but it is definately fun. nice way to beat the heat also.
