    First Time at the Track!

    Went to Houston Raceway Park this Friday. It was the first time I had ever ran down the track. My truck is a Z71 and all stock except for a Volant CAI with the Ram Air tube. Hopefully this is a good number for all those to base what there trucks ran stock.


    First Race!!!

    Staging before the fastest run of the night

    MPH ... 83.32

    2 tenths faster than the other stockish EC 2WD with a missing headlight

    The 1st race I was solo. The 2nd I raced another chevy on some ET's, He ran faster then 13.99, last race was against a Ford Lightning. Guy ran high 14's. I think he sucked at drving...
    My buddy has a video. I might post it to let you guys see how slow these stock boogers are off the line

    All in all a great night. Can't wait to do it again. And I will be getting a Wheatley tune this week

    Good runs bad thats really pretty good for your truck and its mods, and that dude in the lightning didnt suck at driving, he sucked at life, lightnings are a joke, ive watched quite a few lightnings not break into the 13s mostly is low to mid 14s, i even seen a one break out a 15.3 FORD JUST SUCKS no matter the driver.

    yes that is my truck white with pewter on the bottom and has a matching hood and roll pan now.

    no my name is kevin and go by V8 most places or vv8 as well, some places only want 3 characters.
